Ordering & Payment: FAQs

Our catering hours are Monday through Saturdays 9:00 am to 7:30pm. Occasionally, we are able to provide Sunday catering.

Orders are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. We accept orders with a minimum of  48-hours-notice. On occasion, we are able to accept orders on 24- hour notice. We strongly encourage customers to book their catering as early as possible. We want to be sure to we reserve a delivery time slot for your order.  We understand if the order needs to be amended as the date approaches.

Yes, please use this link to submit your State Tax Exempt Forms (ST-2 and ST-5). We will then create a tax exempt online account for you. Alternatively, you can email us at catering@freshfoodgeneration.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a 501c3 federal determination letter for state tax meal's tax.

We accept all major credit cards. We are also able to accommodate special payment processes for non-profits, institutions and companies. This includes ACH transfers and checks. If you plan to pay by check, you can still submit an order online.

Yes, we accommodate groups ranging from 12 to 1,000.

The most efficient way to place an order is through our online ordering system or by email.  We accept catering request over the phone but ask for your patience in responding to these requests.

We have a $150 minimum for orders placed Monday through Saturday. If your order is less than $150 consider ordering directly from the

Food FAQs

Yes! We have great menu options for ominvores, vegetarians and vegans. We also cover dietary needs like gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free. We list common allergens and dietary information in the online menu descriptions. Please know that we do operate in a shared kitchen facility that is not nut-free.

Yes, all of our catering trays and individual boxes lunches include labels. Labels will list major ingredients and common allergens.

We list common allergens and dietary information in the online menu descriptions. You can see this information by clicking on the menu item. We are able to accomodate most of the major allergens. Some allergies like onions, garlic and tree nuts are a little harder for us to accomodate. Ocassionally, we can create a seperate plate upon request for someone with allergies. Please know that we do operate in a kitchen facility that is not nut-free.

Serving utensils are included with each order. Individually packaged compostable cutlery sets (napkins, forks and knives) can be purchased on our website. Compostable plates can also be purchased on our website.

Food & service : FAQs

Delivery fees range from $10 to $20 depending on the location. To make the delivery process as smooth as possible, double check your order sheet and be sure to provide an onsite contact name and delivery instructions.  We love the details! Let us know if there is a loading dock, special door, stairs or recommended parking.
